Our club is being made a laughing stock by this bunch of clowns. Now we have a boy for a director on the board, while the continuity and influence of Wiseman has gone from the board itself.

With all our players leaving maybe Ryan Yeung will get a game. Maybe he will be like his namesake and be a wizard on the Left wing.

In all seriousness, this is just a move by Yeung to have total control over the running of the club. His son will just be his puppet and will be his eyes and ears on the board while he is preparing for his trial.

This is just like the New York Mafia, Carson knows he's going down and whilst in the can, his under-boss will be his eyes on the streets. Carson will still pull the strings though.

Perhaps Carson thinks he will go down, and wants his kid to still be in charge at the club, just incase anyone tried to take it away from him?

They need to cut their losses and sell up

Give the club to someone who is in the same country and physically able to run things

Carson is going down and he knows it

This is probably the most depressing period of my life supporting the Blues, we are a laughing stock and this is just unreal :( what is really going on with our finances.

No, no! According to thehod Carson is perfectly capable of running the club from his prison cell due to that wonderful invention the telephone.

He gets one phone call a day so he just has to schedule when the Board has meetings so he can be on loudspeaker and give all his instructions. He will have no trouble running the club from prison.

Now it's fairly clear that Carson's put his son on the board should he become, ahem, "unavailable" for a while, but if that's the case then I expect him to be replaced as Chairman anyway.

Just out of interest, how old was Karren Brady when she first started at Blues, not just on the board, but actually running the club? I don't seem to recall the same outrage.

As had been pointed out on other sites-

Any appointment will require the consent of ALL shareholders.

It isn't a family business - Like Joe Bloggs & Son. It is a plc.

Carson may be the largest single shareholder, but at 23-24% hardly laying down rules. Unless there is consent from the other 75-76% of shareholders the option would not be fulfilled.

Common sense really when you consider that if the worst happens, Carson can retain his interest through his family. And it's Carson who drums up the investment so far.

Would you like to wear some gloves for the next time you try to shove words in my mouth lest I attempt to rip your damn fingers off with my teeth?

I said nothing of the sort.

I said there was nothing wrong with the fact that Carson is currently unable to travel outside of Hong Kong because nowadays buisness need not be carried out in person. If (and that's still an if at the moment, despite your best efforts to convince us he's in jail already) he gets sent down, I'm fairly sure his connections with BIHL and our club as a byproduct will be severed very quickly.

But then, what would we expect from the boards resident liar with a martyr complex the size of the bullring?

For some very bizarre reason you have mistaken yourself for the forum intellectual/oracle/prophet or many other words I could think of but won't bothe rusing right now. Not content with labelling a well meaning poster 'ignorant' you seem to feel free to call me a liar when I am nothing of the sort. As with the the other guy I can only repeat that you wouldn't dare say such to my face but let's get this right right now: I want nothing more to do with you, I won't reply to any more of your feverish drivel. Go back to wearing out the mirrors in your place, please.

Curly, I couldn't care less whether you loathe the thought of me or scream my name whilst touching yourself, but whilst you continue to fill up this forum with half truths, scare mongering, borderline liable about club staff, and outright lies, I'll continue to call you on them.

Now you said that I claimed that Carson could run the club from a jail cell. Either produce a quote from me to that effect, or retract.

Sack the board!

Im fed up of this complete drivel.

Pannu has done brilliantly so far, and although this is a wierd scenario now, lets see what happens.

For all we know, Ryan Yeung may be put on the board and in charge of Carsons funds, so investment can still take place.

The sacking/resignation of Wiseman is a wierd one but then again, he will still be heavily involved in the club, so lets just wait and see.

Im still happy with the squad, the manager, and our chances nexst year.

This.

I also don't get this - He's an 18 year old, get him out business when nobody really knows his level of Education. Remember Yeung is a rich man and most likely hired a private tutor for him and may be way ahead of the average level of education for his age.
